After casting, parts can be finished to match those made with CNC machining.
Like injection molding, die casting involves creating a mold tool, or die, which can have one or more cavities. This process is effective for softer alloys like aluminum and zinc because they melt at lower temperatures. Molten metal is injected into the die cavity, taking the shape of the part before solidifying.
Die casting can be done under lower high pressure, using a spoon or plunger to inject the metal. It consistently produces complex, precise parts in large quantities. Modern techniques like squeeze casting and semi-solid metal casting ensure high-quality parts for various industries.

Once satisfied with your samples, we move forward with production and deliver the parts. You own your tooling and can easily re-order as needed to meet demand.
Upload your files through email and configure your project. Our team will consult with you to ensure your specifications, lead time, and price fit your project needs. We will provide a production feasibility for approval before kicking off tooling.
Once your project is kicked off we will build a high-quality die. After the tooling is created we will send out part samples, called T1s, for approval.
Once satisfied with your samples, we move forward with production and deliver the parts.

Die-casting products are a great option when you need high-volume metal parts that may be too large for similar high-volume processes such as Metal Injection Molding (MIM).
Creating the die requires upfront time and resource investment, but once it’s created, tens of thousands of identical parts can be manufactured at a relatively low per-part cost. Die casting may be more cost-effective in terms of volume, but CNC machining offsets the die cost.
